Festaiola is the result of processing and drying methods studied respecting the nutritional characteristics of the raw materials. The quality of the ingredients: pure semolina obtained in the Agnesi mill, and pasteurised fresh category A eggs, selected from farms which exclusively use natural organic feeds.
